A Direct Hire position is one in which the client-company utilizes our staffing agency to find and vet the talent, then hires the desired employee directly from day one. A candidate who is offered a Direct Hire position is not an employee of the staffing agency but goes directly on the client-company’s payroll.
A percentage fee to acquire such talent is based on an employee’s annual salary for the position they will be occupying.
The staffing agency offers several optional guarantee periods, so you can successfully transition the Direct Hire onto your team. This guarantee period offers you a “peace of mind”, knowing that your investment was well worth it.
If for some reason the Direct Hire does not work out within the guaranteed period, our staffing agency will go to work to fill the position within 30 days.
In a Temp-to-Hire job placement, our staffing agency goes to work for you, to find and place the right-fit employee into a temporary assignment. If the employee does well within their assignment for the prescribed period of time, the employee may be hired on as a permanent employee with you – our client-company.
We offer two guarantee periods; 3 or 4 months. However, a guarantee period can be as long as you want, depending on your strategic needs from two weeks to one full year.
WAREHOUSE AND SEASONAL
We recruit and manage your large workforce crews in labor, manufacturing, and warehouse for a short season or for longer periods of time; for a few months, and up to one-year or longer.
During this time, we act as an auxiliary “Human Resources” department where we conduct employee searches and secure the right-fit employee(s) based on your job description criteria.
We then interview potential candidates, conduct criminal background checks, and onsite 10-panel drug testing, as well as, onboard your workforce into our systems and time clocks.
We work alongside your staff to ensure new employees’ are taught and updated on safety and security protocols. Depending on the size of your workforce, we also provide a supervisor for every 50 workers to ensure contract compliance, and to fill-in new work orders as needed.
In addition, we conduct weekly or bi-monthly payroll functions, pay employee’s federal taxes, and unemployment insurance is secured. We even discharge your workforce due to disciplinary action, and at the end of the contract period, as well as, mail end of the year W-2’s required by federal and state law.
We do all this so you can focus on your strategy and production levels.
